Victoria (Vickie) opened, "Victoria's Hair and Body Works" in 1999. As Victoria kicked off her business, her main goals were to create a friendly work environment for her employees that focused on providing a personalized experience for their clients. She also focuses on the importance of staying up to date on trends as she funds her employees education to keep them up to date on the world of hair. Victoria herself has participated in several hands-on classes and has received some of the most advanced training in her line of work including a international global training with Kaaral in Italy.
